General Rules:

  • This is a Condo suite. All activity must be contained within the unit, Please no loitering in or around the building. 

  • Food and Beverages are to be kept in the kitchen only. Food prohibited in other rooms.

  • No smoking, vaping, parties, pets, adult filming, or loud music.

  • No nudity or pornographic content can be shot at the studio. 

Noise:

  • The unit is very quiet despite being in the Core of Mississauga. 

  • We ask that the noise while on the property is kept to a minimum as we are in a building with residential neighbours.

  • Please keep any playback and noise levels to a moderate and non-disruptive level ensuring to be considerate to our lovely neighbours. 

 

Windows:

  • The suite faces North East and gets plenty of natural light through the ceiling to floor windows in the main living area.

  • The Master Bedroom is also facing North East Exposure with ample natural light with windows that  make up 3/4th of the wall.

Cleaning/Setup:

  • You are welcome to move around furniture & decor to suit your needs. 

  • Setup and tear down are to be completed within your booking times. All parties & furniture must be placed back to original placements.

  • All props that belong to you must be out of the unit within your booking time.

Parking:

There is metered parking on Absolute Ave. Please arrive with enough time to park and enter building- we recommend 20 minutes prior to booking time to ensure you are ready to enter suite at your allotted booking time frame. 


Booking Process:

  • Once payment has been processed you will receive an email confirmation confirming your booking slot has.

  • 24-hours prior to your booking you will receive an email with instructions on how to enter the property and access the key to the unit.

  • If email not received within 24 hours before booking, please contact absoluteluxestudio@gmail.com.

Damage Charges / Cleaning Costs:

  • There is no staff in suite to give you full privacy and comfort while shooting, we trust that you will maintain the integrity of the property. However staff will check cameras 10 minutes prior to the end of your booking to ensure that the room is left in its original condition. Furniture and all props need to be moved back to their original place, and any garbage must be removed from studio.
  • If staff find a messy room during the suite check, you will be required to stop production/photography and put room back to the original condition. Please ensure to put the room back to original condition as if found messy, there will be a $100 cleaning fee added to your booking. 
  • If staff find any items missing you will be charged the value of the item missing. 
  • Once in the suite please remove shoes (socks preferred) or use squeeky clean indoor shoes that leave no marks or footprints.
  • Stepping on the furniture is prohibited.
  • We recommended not moving the furniture to avoid any damages, but if you need to move furniture, please lift the items and do not drag them. This damages both the floors and furniture legs. If you do damage the property or the furniture your there will be a damage deduction of $100-500 dollars. 
  • Please do not bring candles or open flames into the studio.
  • Please no cake smashes, or food mess. 
  • No open flame, dry ice, sparkers or smoke machines are allowed at the studio. If you absolutely require it for your photoshoot, please email us at email.
  • No confetti, fake snow, or feathers into studio space, that can´t be cleaned up back to the units original state within your booking.
  • If there are damages to the floor / furniture / props or any other studio equipment, including extension during your booking, you will be asked to reimburse the cost of the damages.
  • Broken furniture leg damage fee is $200, floor damage and deep scratches can range from $100-500 depending on the extent of the damage, furniture damage is subject to $100-500 damage fee.
  • If you require additional time to setup / takedown, please factor it into your booking. If you need extra time and the room is available, you can rent additional time in 30 minute increments.


Cancellation Policy:
All shoots have to be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Studio Luxe Absolute is happy to offer studio credit for cancelled bookings with more than 7 days notice from your booking date and time. 
• If you cancel your reservation with more than 7 days notice from your booking date, we will reschedule your booking with no charged fee.
• If you cancel your reservation within 7 days to 24 hours of your booking date, your reschedule fee will be 50% of your booking value.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking date, you will lose the full booking costs. 

Liability Clauses:

i. You, "The Renter" are fully responsible for the actions and/or damages of myself and guests during my time on the premises and in the suite.

ii. Use of Absolute Luxe Studio's premises and equipment, including the condominium building is entirely at, "The renter's" risk. You hereby agrees that Absolute Luxe Studio and 80 Absolute Ave will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to renter, their party or possessions while on the premises. 

iii. You "The renter" holds harmless and indemnifies Absolute Luxe Studio and its owners, agents, representatives, associates, employees, guests and tenants against any suit, claim, loss, accident, judgment, fine, injury or damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. This indemnification shall continue in full force and effect during and after the term of the rental for such causes arising during the term of the rental.

iv. You "The renter" shall be solely responsible for any damage or loss to Absolute Luxe Studio’s property and/or equipment that occurs during the time the renter or their party occupies the premises. Should damage and/or theft occur, a deposit will be held until repairs or replacements can be made. If the damages or losses exceed the amount of the deposit, renter agrees to pay for the additional repairs or replacement costs, including any loss of use fees. The renter agrees to pay for damage to the premises including spills, excessive wear, marks or stains on furniture, fixtures or painted surfaces.

v. Your booking, payment and use of the space is confirmation of your consent to be surveilled for security purposes. The recordings are only for the purpose of securing the premises and have a record of damages. 

vi. Your booking, payment and use of the space is confirmation of your consent to be charged damage fees only in the case of damages found in your session. Damage charges will be in accordance to our damage policy. Missing items will also be subject to charges.
